International Shipping Now Available

International shipping is now available for all products on makerproducts.art!

Most items ship at a flat rate of $20. The Desk Hands ship at a flat rate of $30. Buyers are responsible for paying VAT and customs fees.

While MidiCard and MidiCard Plus are fully functional, they have not been tested under European Union directives regarding electromagnetic compatibility and CE, and until they are, should be considered as development kits not fit for general consumer use.

Introducing MidiCard Plus

MidiCard Plus and V1.1

MakerProducts is proud to announce the MidiCard Plus, the full two-octave 25-key successor to the MidiCard.

By switching the P/MF/FF buttons to a one-button toggle, the Plus uses the same processor as the MidiCard but can handle 25 keys. The MidiCard Plus uses larger, more sturdy buttons than the MidiCard – they still have click-less spring action, but are more durable and take slightly more effort to press than the original MidiCard’s buttons.

MidiCard Plus has all of the same great features of the original MidiCard – bus-powered, class compliant MIDI, sustain, velocity selection for dynamics, octave selection with All Note Off, and Full Polyphony.

Introducing MidiCard v1.1

MidiCard V1.1

MakerProducts has released MidiCard v1.1!

We’ve actually been shipping this for a few months, so you may already have one if you’ve ordered recently.

Version 1.1 has the same functionality as v1.0, but the following layout changes:

  • The Octave +/- and Sustain/Modulation keys have been swapped, because Octave keys are used more frequently.
  • The P/MF/FF keys have been centered at the top of the board to reduce accidental presses in the top-left corner.
  • The piano keys are spaced slightly further apart than v1.0.

The MidiCard still has the same 3.5” x 2” layout.
